BSA 206

Breathless

is a 1960 French film written and directed by Jean-Luc Godard about a wandering criminal (Jean-Paul Belmondo) and his American girlfriend (Jean Seberg). It was Godard's first feature-length work and represented Belmondo's breakthrough as an actor.

One of the fascinating aspects of this film was how they were still in the experimental phase of critical film making and so as a result some things such as the slow zoom ins on actors' faces and such were alot more dragged out than neccessary.

Exhibition night for Professional practice class

So first of all I went around and after getting permission from each individual in this video, I made a small visual representation of people's first impressions and thoughts on my art panels on friday night.

Different opinions

-Many compliments but I was more interested in the aspects of when they delved deeper on their opinion and explained them. Like How some enjoyed the Asian aspect of the character designs.

-Actually the person I interviewed in the end brought up how in her opinion and first impression, she felt my character outfits were actually leaning in more towards festival clothes rather than battlefield armor which was an interesting opinion as I wasn't too sure which side I should lean towards.

All in all, It was an enjoyable night and a very special thanks to all the people that helped bring the event to life.
